Location - Peterborough (with travel to other sites/offices as required

Hours - 37 hours per week 

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and managers, providing HR expertise, a people focused strategy, solutions and direction.

You will be responsible for ensuring staff wellness, compliance of employment law and associated railway regulations across your client group area, predicting staff needs, enhancing workforce retention, managing termination processes, developing and coaching line managers, talent management and assessing resourcing risks in the area.

You will have a solid background in a HR generalist role, with ability to influence managers working at a high level and in a high-pressure environment.
