What Youβll Do
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and HR strategy
Oversee Compensation &
Benefits including salary review, promotion, bonus, and payroll governance
Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
Handle employee relations matters including advisory, grievances, and disciplinary cases
Support talent management processes (performance, succession planning, development)
Lead/participate in HR projects and organisational change initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and regional teams
