Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development
- Manage performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
- Use HR analytics and insights to support business decision-making
- Coach managers on leadership, people management, and employee engagement
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Support conflict resolution and promote fair employment practices
- Drive retention strategies and improve employee morale
- Support organizational restructuring and job redesign initiatives
