As a pivotal member of the Human Capital Team, the role is dedicated to driving forward the Human Capital agenda for MAF Lifestyle. This includes a broad spectrum of responsibilities, encompassing the promotion of positive employee relations, governance, investigative processes, performance management, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and the meticulous implementation of human capital policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Investigations and Conflict Resolution: Lead investigations into workplace conflicts, ethical concerns, and policy violations, ensuring fair and thorough resolution.
Administrative Oversight: Take accountability for various HR administrative activities within MAF Lifestyle.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze frontline individual performance, making data-driven decisions in collaboration with brand heads.
