Requirements
- 4 – 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a true HRBP seat — not HR admin, not systems, real business partnership
,- Direct experience supporting EPDD or R&D teams — engineers and PMs came to you, not around you
,- Real advisory instincts: you've shaped decisions, not just supported them, through pattern recognition, data, insights, and strong instincts
,- Proven experience managing leave programs and immigration cases — you know the details and don't drop the ball
,- Genuine AI fluency — you've built or improved a workflow with AI, measured the impact, and want to go further
,- Strong Canadian & US employment law knowledge
,- HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
,- Toronto-based and energized by in-person collaboration — Tues/Wed in office minimum
