We are looking for an HR Business Partner with a dedicated passion for Employee Relations (ER) to support NVIDIA. In this high-touch environment, you will be the primary architect of conflict resolution strategies and the lead for complex employee relations matters. ​ This role is for a self-starter who excels in an ambiguous yet creative shared work environment and is not afraid of working through complex employee issues to identify root causes. You will serve as the expert voice on NVIDIA policy and practices, ensuring alignment across multiple regions.

+ Advanced Case Management & Manager Coaching: Lead high-complexity ER matters and coach leaders through difficult conversations to reduce escalations.
