Position Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic liaison between management and employees across the East African offices. This role focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management, ensuring labor law compliance in all three jurisdictions (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania). Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and onboarding processes for regional talent. Oversee employee relations and grievance handling in accordance with the Employment Act of Kenya, Ugandas Employment Act, and Tanzanias ELRA. Implement performance management frameworks and annual appraisal cycles. Coordinate regional training and development programs to close skill gaps. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data for the East African workforce. Requirements Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
