Working closely with managers up to Director level, you’ll be the trusted expert on all things HR, coaching Managers to build confidence in managing people matters, while leading people programmes from workforce planning and organisation design to handling high profile employee relations cases, you’ll drive the right behaviours across the business that help our teams grow, thrive and feel their best at work.
