Description
Specific duties & responsibilities:
Drives business results via engaged employees. Initiates survey action planning to increase engagement, productivity, and retention while improving customer service. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale. Partners with HR peers to drive collaboration and consistency across all accounts. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs. Handles administrative functions including but not limited to the following: Handles Focus Group Discussions, Family Talk, FOSS, NEO Handshakes Process and review Employee Improvement Commitment (for agents); Success Plan and ACMs Review and process LOA Applications (Medical and Personal) following the guidelines set Conducts exit interviews, retention to resigning and exiting employees Handles call back requests from Operations and training.
