Two Talented HR Business Partners are needed for one of the biggest chain of restaurants around the world. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires. Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics. Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gaps analysis, and employee feedback. Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
