Position Overview
This diverse role will provide proactive and value-adding service across the full suite of HR generalist activities as well as talent initiatives for our diverse team. The APAC HR team supports employees across Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, China, Australia, and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Consults with management, providing HR guidance and strategic solutions when appropriate.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions).
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
