Position Overview
Become an HR Business Partner with Transdev Western Canada in Abbotsford. Support the organization by providing expert guidance on employee and labor matters while ensuring compliance and fostering leadership.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with business leaders across Western Canada. Your focus will be on labor relations, performance management, and assisting managers with grievances. You will also mentor leaders, conduct investigations, and participate in collective bargaining to drive company objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations
• Support leaders in grievance management processes
• Conduct investigations for union and non-union cases
• Assist in developing employee policies for compliance
