Job Description HR Business Partnership - Partner closely with business leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Support workforce planning, manpower movements, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee relations issues.
- Coach managers on performance management, communication approaches, and conflict resolution.
Employee Relations & Labour Management - Manage and support employee grievance investigations, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
