As an HR Business Advisor in our HR organization, you will provide support to senior managers on core HR activities and help senior managers engage with others in HR and with specialists to bring resolution to their HR-related matters.
We offer a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
Job responsibilities
- Work closely with geographically diverse HR teams to help deliver a cohesive regional agenda. Work with HR Centre of Excellence (COE) groups to advise and facilitate people processes across multiple disciplines (recruitment, compensation, benefits, mobility, etc.). Partner with line of business/functional HR Business advisors as needed
- Liaise with local labour advisors, internal legal department and Employee Relations (ER) Center of Excellence teams to resolve managers’ and employees’ matters, adapt new regulations, litigation...
