We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to drive organizational success through people in a complex industrial environment. 

This role combines operational HR leadership at plant level with strategic influence on talent and culture and will act as the face of HR in Legazpi, managing day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leadership to improve employee engagement, foster a positive labor climate, and support integration and transformation processes. 

A key focus during the first year will be strengthening labor relations and building trust with employee representatives.
