- Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Job Responsibilities - Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to job portals.
- Responsible for the generation of employee staff cards.
- Manage the creation of employment certificates and attend to staff enquiries.
- Process re-appointment letters for staff.
- Compile and verify staff records and documents in the HR system.
- Ensure smooth running of HR operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
- Accountable for meeting KPIs.
- Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
