Position Overview
Job Overview 2 year renewable contract. Location: Pasir Panjang/Commonwealth. Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am-6pm. Stipend: Up to $2,500 + PB.
Responsibilities - Responsible for day-to-day recruitment for all active openings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes:
- Job posting in internal and external job portals
- Arrangement of interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure job offer is made via Workday within given timeline
- Coordination of new hire onboardings
- Communicate and work closely with HR Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- Manage recruitment related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday related issues.
- Backup support to other team members during peak hiring period.
- Apply for EPs and follow ups with MOM and other required agencies.
- Ensure daily tasks assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline.
