The HR Associate / Nursesupports the Administrative Manager in managing the day-to-day administrative and human resources operations of the hotel. The role oversees key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, records management, employee welfare, and compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations. The successful candidate ensures the accuracy of employee documentation, promotes a positive work environment, and contributes to employee engagement and organizational development.
The position shall also provide basic nursing and first-aid assistance to employees and guests, when necessary, including responding to minor medical concerns, assisting during emergencies, monitoring employee health-related requirements.
