Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities for US Staffing requirements. Screen and shortlist candidate profiles. Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Assist in onboarding and HR documentation. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates. Requirements: Good communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Ability to work in night shift (US timings). Good coordination and organizational skill. Qualification: Any Degree. MBA (HR) Preferred. Experience: Freshers and Exp candidates can apply.
