Data Management & Integrity: Prepare, validate, and consolidate core HR data for reporting and analytical purposes.
Data Quality Assurance: Organize HR GSS datasets and conduct regular ad-hoc audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
Performance Analysis: Audit and analyze the division's performance data to identify operational gaps, drive improvements, and recommend optimization opportunities.
Reporting & Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics, including overall HR GSS Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance achievements and incident rates. Administrative & Project Coordination: Manage office administration, including coordination of team meetings, project tracking, and documentation.
Track the Division's IT assets and necessary stationary where applicable.
