Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic SPANISH BILINGUAL HR Assistant who will be an integral part of our human resources department. The successful candidate will assist in organizing, coordinating, and carrying out all human resource department projects and processes for the company.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
+ Provide administrative support to the HR department.
+ Process paperwork and maintain all employee records.
+ Coordinate HR projects and meetings.
+ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
+ Communicate with public services when necessary.
+ Support the recruitment/hiring process.
+ Compile and update employees' records (hard and soft copies).
+ Income and benefits administration.
