Job Description - Provide administrative support to secretary and manager
- Assist in organizing briefings for employees
- Maintain proper filing, correspondences, and records
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Answering telephone calls/enquiries
- Manage staff access (Office door access, laptop registration)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, parcels, etc.
- Expense and Travel Management
- Provide guidance to staff on booking of flights and accommodation
- Ensuring that booking made comply with travel guidelines
- Reviewing expenses and ensure that expenses reviewed are for accuracy and completeness
- Examine all expenditures within the report and ensure they follow T&E policy
- Ensuring that contracts are signed, filed, and delivered accordingly
