Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations and administrative functions. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records, benefits support, scheduling, and general HR coordination while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and departmental operations
+ Assist with onboarding, new employee paperwork, and orientation coordination
+ Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases
+ Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
+ Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments
+ Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
