Position Overview
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- HR certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 23 years HR administrative experience
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Responsibilities:
HR Administration - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with filing and management of HR documentation
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence
- Ensure employee files are accurate and up to date
