Job description Overall purpose We are looking for a strong HR Assistant looking to expand their HR career.
This is a generalist role which includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR analytics and Systems.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Support the HR team in the recruitment cycle which includes sourcing candidates, prescreening CVs scheduling with interviews.
Preparing of offer packs and employment contracts.
Conduct the required checks for prior to onboarding to ensure compliance.
Employee Relations: Lead on and/or support individual ER cases and issues across the various business units.
