Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the acquisition, selection, and placement of the best candidates for designated positions.
Submission of Daily Accomplishment Report and Weekly Recruitment Monitoring Report.
Keeps proper monitoring of all manpower requisitions.
Serves as a liaison for HR concerns in the area.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in psychology or human resource management.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
With good interpersonal skills.
Willing to do fieldwork.
