CZAR Fragrances is looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Kuwait City. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
