This role will support key HR functions including employee relations, workers' compensation, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managers
Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns
Manage and track workers' compensation claims, documentation, and communication
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
