Assistant HR Manager

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Units, driving hands-on execution to deliver HR shared services across recruitment, employee remuneration, performance management, regulatory compliance, learning and development, and employee relations, aligned with organisational goals. Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery by the HR team. Draft, review, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and HR guidelines to ensure compliance with the statutory regulations, and market best practices.
