Responsible for day-to-day HR operations and provide full-range support in HR duties including recruitment, appointment and confirmation letters, orientation, and coordination of training activities.
Perform monthly payroll processing, including overtime, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, income tax, and prepare reports in a timely manner.
Monitor employee daily attendance (OT control, leave control, lateness, absences) and ensure attendance/leave records are updated on time in the HR system.
Maintain proper filing and documents and ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HR system.
Handle daily HR clerical matters, such as inquiries from branch employees via phone or email.
