An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Assistant to join our HR Support and Advice Shared Services Centre.
The role would be ideally suited to someone with experience of working in a fast-paced demanding user led HR service and experience in an NHS environment would be desirable but not essential.
You will provide responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focussed Human Resources advice and support to managers and staff across NHS Fife on a range of areas such as supporting work life balance, retirement, terms and conditions of service, onboarding and non-complex employee relations issues including Attendance Management, Conduct, Grievance, Capability and Bullying & Harassment. You will provide this advice on a digital platform (Service Now) as well as by telephone and on MS Teams.
