HR Assistant Executive Adecco is partnering with an esteemed public sector agency to hire a Temporary Officer to support HR and administrative functions in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail‑oriented and keen to gain exposure to public sector HR operations.
Key Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end administrative and logistical support for HR functions and events, including performance management, awards, and talent management activities
- Prepare and coordinate documentation, communications materials, records, databases, and internal systems and submissions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, respond to queries, and support HR processes
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
