Position Overview
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
SALARY: €55k - €65k
LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid working available)
HR Assistant Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly payroll accounting (gross and net salaries) using DATEV
• Prepare accounting documents for SAP
• Prepare payroll-related payments and invoices
• Check salary and welfare accounts in SAP
• Complete term-end jobs and quarterly, half-yearly, and annual payroll accounting tasks
• Support expatriates with housing issues, medical treatments, appointments with authorities, and related service needs
• Support the return process for expatriates, including contract terminations and apartment/house returns
• Manage time recording, employee training, and working time control
• Prepare documents and evidence for expatriates' income tax filing and communicate with the tax advisor
• Support the HR Manager with ad hoc tasks
