Key Responsibilities:
+ Process employee changes in our HRIS system (SAP) – includes, hires, terms, leaves, role changes, etc.
+ Onboard new hires
+ Lead and track engagement activities
+ Lead and track community involvement activities
+ Be a sounding board for employees who have concerns, act as a confidential resource
+ Interact with the workforce in the warehouse to build relationships
+ Provide HR support to the facility manager and supervisor as needed
