About the Role We are hiring a Temp HR Assistant to support a high-volume offboarding and transfer administration team. This role helps to reduce administrative load so the core HR team can focus on complex case management and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Support HR offboarding and transfer processing for centrally employed staff
- Assist with employee queries on end-of-contract, resignation, and transfer matters
- Coordinate repatriation flight arrangements with staff and travel agents
- Handle administrative documentation (P-files, leave records, claims, salary and contract data)
- Verify staff data for payroll accuracy, housing eligibility, and work pass compliance
- Support processing of reimbursements, cheque requests, and insurance claims
