We're looking for a hands‑on, structured and commercially minded HR & Operations Coordinator to step into a fast‑growing business on a 6‑month contract. This is not a permanent role, but it is a high‑impact opportunity to build structure, formalise processes and drive measurable performance within a scaling environment. The position sits across both HR and operations and works closely with a team of 13, supporting approximately 7 to 8 business functions. The focus is on establishing KPIs, improving workflows, tracking performance and ensuring operational consistency.
