Job description - Human Resource 1. Assist in recruitment process, including posting of job advertisement, scheduling of interviews 2. Assist in updating HRMS (BIPO) for 4 modules (personnel, leave, attendance, payroll) 3. Liaise with Institute of Higher Learning on internship programme 4. Manage staff training (course registration for staff, logistics needs of foreign trainees) 5. Manage visa requirements of foreign visitors / foreign trainees 6. Manage Work Pass application (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) 7. Liaise with outsourced service providers, as well as manage outsourced staff 8. Manage company insurance (medical, property, travel, work injury, general liability) 9. Manage staff database, including updating of organisation chart
