Position Overview
We are a food ingredient manufacturing company with a production base in Hamilton, New Zealand, and close ties to our head office in China. We are looking for a handsβon, adaptable HR and Admin Executive to lead local human resources and office/facility administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for local positions, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain personnel records
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on NZ employment relations, policies, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with NZ employment laws, health & safety requirements, and company policies
- Support payroll preparation and leave management (in coordination with finance)
- Drive employee engagement, team events, and internal communication
