Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR / Admin functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and process existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
Assist in Government Mandated Benefits - SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
Assist in processing pre-employment requirements of candidates;
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist in maintenance of 201 files and other HR-related documents.
Perform other admin-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Must be detailed oriented, organized and have good people skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
