Position Overview
Responsibilities
Collecting data on HR Reports, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business administration.
A minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role. Fresh graduate are welcome o apply.
