Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments with operational, administrative, and support teams.
- Create, track, and ensure execution of the annual training plan for all plants.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer‑specific training requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, maintaining full traceability of training records.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees (Training + Welcome Kit).
- Organize training sessions, classrooms, schedules, and required resources.
- Manage quotations with Purchasing and MHS, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and budget control for all training initiatives.
- Develop and monitor T&D performance indicators.
- Support quality management systems related to training (MOR, Risks & Opportunities).
