Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role supports a broad spectrum of HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, reporting, and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee movements, confirmation, and offboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR system updates in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Coordinate payroll administration activities including payroll input preparation, KPI bonus calculations, attendance verification, and liaison with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
