The HR Executive will support the design and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, learning and development, and employer branding initiatives across Ingredion Pakistan.
Core Responsibilities
- Employer Branding & Early Talent Programs – Lead arrangements for and represent Rafhan at campus drives, job fairs, and other branding events; maintain relationships with university career offices; manage the execution of Internship and Management Trainee Program; develop, curate and manage content/promotional materials for Rafhan Maize’s social media and digital presence.
- Learning & Development – Support the implementation of the annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators; monitor participation in e-learning modules, maintain training records, and assist in reporting learning metrics to stakeholders.
