This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring safer recruitment, staff records and HR processes are managed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
The Role
Working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for staff administration and compliance. This includes managing recruitment documentation, maintaining the Single Central Record, coordinating pre-employment checks and supporting contract administration for teaching and support staff.
