We’re growing our HR team and are looking for both an HR Advisor and a junior HR Advisor to support our care home teams.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll support managers with employee relations, maintain HR systems, and use data/reporting to drive better decisions.

Key duties:

* Manage/support ER cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance)

* Advise managers on HR best practice

* Maintain HR systems and records

* Build reports and analyse workforce data

What we’re looking for:

* HR experience (Advisor or ready to step up)

* Strong ER knowledge

* Confident with systems, and data reporting

* Proactive, organised, and able to multitask
