Deliver value-added HR services to support business growth, enhance employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
Develop local policies ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures.
Execute people strategy and agenda in alignment with business growth aspirations, in collaboration with the Country HR Manager (Malaysia).
Collaborate with cross HR functions such as regional HRBP, HR shared service centre and centre of excellence to deliver a great employee experience and support HR operation excellence initiatives.
Manage the team and individual matters with high complexity and minimize external reputation risks.
Manage dispute resolutions with a winβwin and balanced approach.
Lead investigations and implement remediation actions as needed.
Lead or participate in HR projects to drive continuous improvement and relevancy.
