This role can offer hybrid working with circa 1 day per week from home.

Description

Working as part of a small HR team, based at a busy industrial site in Nottingham, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
Manage a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Coach and upskill managers regarding people matters
Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding
Support with organisational change projects
Provide accurate HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making
