We are seeking multiple HR Advisors to join a high-performing People & Culture team supporting a large, complex workforce during a significant business transformation and restructure program.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in influencing leaders, driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and delivering practical HR solutions that make a real impact.

Work pattern (please read carefully) This is a site-based role with a structured roster:

Initial 6 mos contract (16/06/2026 to 31/12/2026) with potential extension

Operating on the 5/2, 4/3 roster with 12-hour shifts

Monday–Thursday: On site (12-hour shifts)

Every second Friday: Perth CBD office

Pay Rate 64.14 - 70.88 + Super
