Key responsibilities and duties:
To provide an efficient and effective HR advisory service to Support and Operational areas across the UK:
ย
Provide advice and guidance on employment issues in accordance with the Companyโs policies and procedures and current employment law.
ย Manage a wide range of employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance, capability and absence, carrying out employee relations investigations and note-taking support across all BUs, working with the line managers and escalating when appropriate.
ย Conduct exit interviews and compile detailed analysis of data.
ย Suggest and implement policy changes based on up to date legislation.
ย Assist managers with management referrals to Occupational Health.
