HR - Officer / Adviser We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our clients in this newly created position as they grow their P&C team. This is a great opportunity for a HR Professional with prior advisory experience looking for a role where they’ll lead the nationwide recruitment initiative.
This is an on-site based role in Dunedin.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the nationwide recruitment initiative and providing general HR support to your manager. As the recruitment led, you’ll manage the process end-to-end from sitting down with managers to craft JDs to completing reference and background checks and onboarding processes. Supporting your manager will vary from providing advice on employment relations to the development and implementation of HR policies.
